A couple of years ago, while celebrating my other sister-in-law, Lori's 40th, Kendi made the comment that no one would be able surprise her for her 40th...well, you shouldn't say anything like that in the Marney household, because both my mother-in-law, Lora and Lorie made it their goal to surprise her...and why not do it a couple of months early when she wouldn't expect it at all! : )

By the way, notice all the adults are wearing black to help create the right atmosphere for this occasion...well, everyone except for my husband. He forgot to pack his black shirt so instead of buying a black one, he decided to find a shirt completely opposite from everyone else!
