The kids and I will be up in the Panhandle for 3-4 weeks to spend time with Grandparents and Family! We wanted to come here this time of year so that we could experience a true Fall...And boy did we get it! This morning we woke up to near freezing temperatures with rain! How wonderful! Our trip up here was eventful too! The airport was at a ground stop due to bad weather when we arrived at the Houston airport! Because of this, we were at the airport for 3 hours before our flight departed and the kids used all of their toys that were supposed to be for the airplane...Uh OH! And yes, the flight was not fun...Grey was tired of sitting and Joleigh didn't sleep when she was supposed too, but instead cried a great deal of the time! Man oh man, I was flustered once we landed, BUT was ever so grateful that our flight was not canceled!
We are looking forward to a wonderful October...making fall food and enjoying family!
