Today, Grey, Joleigh and I made oatmeal cookies for Daddy! Grey is really learning a lot by helping me in the kitchen. He now knows what most ingredients are like flour, sugar, baking pwdr, soda, vanilla, salt, etc... (the list goes on and on) He also remembers what specific ingredients go into certain recipies like cookies or pancakes. He is also understanding measurements and counting! I am very proud of him. This was Joleigh's first experience with making cookies! She loved watching Grey put the ingredients in the bowl, but most of all, she loved watching the mixer go round and round! We had a great time!Here are pics of the reward for helping Mommy! They both enjoyed their treat! : )
