Row, row, row, your boat...

Colonel Paddlewheel Boat

This afternoon, the four of us hopped in the truck and headed for Galveston to take a one hour tour of Galveston on the Colonel Paddlewheel boat! We met Pastor Ray and Barbara and others from our church. Grey had a lot of fun and found it very interesting to ride in a paddle boat. He loved looking at the paddlewheel at the stern of the boat turn around and around as it moved the boat! Joleigh had fun too but really didn't know why!!!!!! : )

Afterwards, we all decided to meet at Sudie's to eat seafood! Barbara and another sweet lady took Joleigh during the meal to feed her and play with her!!!! It was so nice to eat a hot meal...HA! Grey, I think, was flirting with another sweet lady named Rose. He kept looking at her with a huge, I mean a huge smile on his face. He wanted to sit by her (he kicked me out of my seat to do so and told me to sit in his old seat). From that point on, he kept wanting to touch her and be right next to her. He also loved that she gave him hush puppies!

We all had a wonderful time and I really enjoyed meeting other members of our church!

The paddle wheel isn't the only thing turning...I can tell that the wheels in Grey's brain are turning too! "How much water does that wheel have to push to moved this big-o boat?!?"

What a sweetie!
What a cute family!!!!!!
