Just before the kids were going to bed this evening, Grey brought me my hair rubber band and told me it broke.
Hmmm, I wonder how it broke ; )
Anyway, I noticed the metal clamp was missing from the band, so I asked him if he saw a small piece of metal fall to the ground. He said no. I then asked him where he was standing when it broke so that I could go look for it myself. With a very serious face, he said,
"On my feet."
At that point I just picked him up and gave him a huge hug and told him to please never, ever grow up!
